JCP's "automated report" program orders your disclosure report automatically -- moments after your listing hits MLS. The electronic version of your report is delivered typically the next business day (hardcopies one business day later). If you are registering for the first time, we'll send you a confirmation email when you have been entered into the system. Automated ordering will begin with your first listing after you receive that email confirmation. Currently, this program covers listings in some Bay Area counties. (Is your county included? If not, let us know and we'll look into it!.)
