We've upgraded the "JCP Millennium Club" online ordering system to improve our service and make your online experience more convenient and efficient. Below is a rundown of the upgrades -- with a handy visual guide to the system's new ordering features.

1. Desktop Access to Your JCP Reports
You've spoken. We've listened. And now we provide you with instant access to your disclosure reports as soon as they roll off the assembly line. A new link on the order form -- "Previous Report Orders" -- connects you to a list of your past orders. Click on a property address, and the details of your order appear with a link to the actual report (PDF version). So, now you're just a mouseclick away from your very own online report archive. No more emails and phone calls to request a replacement copy of that report you've misplaced (our Customer Service Staff are very nice to chat with, and extremely helpful, but this is much easier!).
 

2. Skip Clicking -- Set Your Prefs!
In the olden days, you'd select your usual disclosure package from the product menu, then, as always . . . you'd check one box for a single-sided hardcopy, another box for a PDF copy, a couple more boxes to request TDS forms with the earthquake booklet, and a faxed report summary . . . and THEN you'd finally get down to entering the unique property information the order screen fields.

How often did you wish...
Can't this system just remember my usual order and delivery options? Well, now it does! You can save your "default" settings for preferred report package, number of hardcopies (single-sided and_or double-sided), PDF copy, FAX copy, invoice format, TDS forms and_or earthquake booklets, and the typical county for the subject property address. If a default setting doesn't apply to a particular order, simply change it in the form before submitting it. The system provides you with a new online tool to manage your preferences and update your contact information.

(And we've eliminated that nagging checkbox to confirm that "all prefilled information is correct". We get it -- you know what you're doing!)
 

3. A New Look for the Login Page
Our new ordering system runs on a sleek new server using a slick new operating system. So, the login page looks a bit different. But it'll get you to the right place.
 
4. The New Compact Order Form
Your scrolling finger can finally take a rest. We've put the order form on a compact screen. As before, your personal info is automatically filled when you log in. With your order and delivery preferences set, you need only enter the subject property information to complete the order. One (slight) scroll to view the preference settings, and then click the "Place Order" button.
 
5. Expanded Order & Delivery Options
We have expanded the range of order and delivery options to accommodate the various 'special handling' requests that agents have submitted in the past. These settings have replaced of the 'Message to JCP' box in the old order form. If your order requires special handling beyond the options provided, please contact the JCP Customer Service Desk after ordering and let them know the special handling that is needed (for quickest service, please let them know the "Order Number" from your online receipt).
 
6. Reduce Your "Carbon Footprint" -- Save a Tree
With the growing awareness of greenhouse warming and climate change, many agents have told us that we needlessly consume resources by bundling the C.A.R.® TDS forms with the earthquake booklet -- when all they really needed was just the booklet, or just the forms.

So, we unbundled them! You may now request either the TDS forms or the earthquake booklet, or both. First American encourages its customers to be environmentally conscious. If you don't require the TDS forms or the booklet, please don't request them. If you really need them, please set your preferences to request ONLY what is essential for your transactions.
