The New JCP Online Order System
...it's as easy as 1-2-3!


 
Logging in...

If we notified you that your account was transferred to our new system, then you should get used to logging in a the new (green) Login Page at http://jcpreports.fanhd.com (add the link to your favorites). Until we retire the old JCP Login Page you can still login there (using your original JCP password), but you will be re-directed to our new system login page anyway (which is kind of a hassle, so, login directly at the new Login Page).

If we did NOT notify you, and you have a Millennium Club account on the old JCP system -- then RE-REGISTER on our new (green) JCP Account Registration Page and order on the new system from now on.

If you did register on our new (green) JCP Account Registration Page, then you must login on the new (green) Login Page.

Note: Usernames and passwords are "case-sensitive" -- you must log in using the letter
case that your account was registered with. Also, you can change your password
using the "change password" link located just below the "Sign in" button on the Login Page.

Actually, it's easier than 1-2-3 (we eliminated #1 and #2!)
  1. Your contact data is automatically prefilled ("autofilled") into the order form when you log in.
  2. Your order and delivery preferences are automatically checked and selected from your user profile. Change them at any time with the easy-to-use online database tool provided, or simply edit them on the order form for a particular order before submitting it.
  3. Enter the subject property address information.

 
Billing to Escrow?
Your previously-used escrow offices are stored in your online database for easy one-click access. When billing to escrow, simply select the applicable office from the dropdown menu, and the "Escrow Billing Information" fields are instantly filled in. Don't forget to enter the unique escrow account number!

(FYI: The agent will be invoiced if no escrow billing info is provided.)

 
'I'm using a new escrow company -- how do I add it to my database?'
Easy! Use the Add an Escrow Office tool from the "CLICK HERE" link just below the "Escrow Billing" pulldown menu.

This brings you to the page where you can add, modify or delete an escrow company record in your online database. The instructions on that page are easy to follow.
 

 
Your Online Receipt
After your order is submitted, the online receipt is ready to print and file, including every detail of your order. Busy agents will appreciate the "Order Another Report" button, which takes you right back into the order form, all set for your next "1-2-3".
 

 
An Online History of Your Disclosure Report Orders...
On the order form, just below the "Select a Report" menu, is a link called "Previous Report Orders". It provides a history of all orders submitted through your online account AND an online copy of the actual report -- right on your desktop!.

This list can become fairly long if you do a lot of transactions. For ease of use, the list is sortable by order date, subject address, city, etc.
 

 
Desktop Access to Your Reports -- ONLINE!
This is the best part! Notice in the "Report Order History" list that the "Order No." is a hotlink. Click this link and you will see a complete detail of your disclosure report order for that property.

In the details you will find hotlinks to the separate parts of your report (the NHD section, Tax section, Invoice, etc.), and a link to the combined report package. Click the links and you will see a PDF version of your report appear on your screen. (Requires Adobe Acrobat®)
 

 
Updating Your User Profile
It's very easy to change any of your "default" order and delivery settings (preferred report product, PDF delivery, hardcopies, etc.). Just below the "Ordering Agent Info" line, note the words, "To change agent info CLICK HERE". Click this link and a database tool appears. Select yourself from the dropdown list, and simply edit, check (uncheck), or select (deselect) any information or options that you prefer, and then click the "Update Agent" button. Your default settings will appear after the order form is refreshed.
 
Simple as That!
Please note that you are in full control of the order form. Any information that is autofilled filled into the order form, and any preference settings that are automatically applied, can be edited and changed in the form before clicking the "Submit" button. (To change them permanently in the database, however, you'll need to use the online tools provided.)
